Cebu City,Philippines 17/01/2016.Sinulog Festival,Grande Street Parade.The culmination of the nine day festival takes place on the 3rd Sunday in January. Dance groups proceed through the City performing their set routines,being judged along the route & finally performing at the City Sports Centre.The Event is part of Sinulog (Fiesta Señor) - a nine day religious festival honouring the Santo Nino De Cebu (Holy Child of Cebu).
