The Hangar, the attic ballroom in Hotel LaSalle, located at LaSalle and Madison streets, decorated (and possibly created) for the Century of Progress International Exposition of 1933-34. The view shows a room with exposed ceiling trusses, decorated with flags. Several chandeliers hang from the ceiling. A temporary-looking bandstand is in the room. The rear wall contains a large painting of a blimp and airplane flying over the Century of Progress fair site.
