US Air Force aerial photo taken March 14 2011 of a house floating in the sea off the coast of Sendai, Japan, in the aftermath of the earthquake and subsequent tsunami. The 9.0 magnitude offshore quake which occurred east of the Oshika Peninsula of Tohoku on March 11 triggered tsunami waves up to 10m high which destroyed large areas and killed thousands of people.
