The operations on Jim Sneed's farm a second generation pollen farmer as he harvests ragweed pollen on his 600 acre farm in Sedalia MO. Sneed who is not allergic to anything except wasps harvests and sells ragweed and 50 other kinds of pollen to pharmaceutical companies for use in manufacturing antiallergens. I have a 6th sense for pollen says Sneed whose unconventional crop is sensitive to minute atmospheric changes and weather conditions. Sneed harvests pollen from February thru September and as far as he knows is the only pollen farmer in Missouri.
