Mark Kermode presents one of his favourite films, the intelligent and entertaining eco-themed Silent Running (1972), against the backdrop of the Eden Project's spectacular Biomes. The Eden Project provides the perfect setting for Special FX pioneer Douglas Trumbull's directorial debut, featuring the very greenhouse domes that influenced the design of Eden's botanical Biomes.
