1920s comic postcard - the Coming Generation - on spoilt children with the vote, seems to be a comment on suffrage - Stamp on reverse of postcard dates this to possibly between 1924 and 1926.The Representation of the People Act of 1928 – gave equal suffrage for women and men, with voting possible at 21 with no property restrictions, U.K.
