On the reverse side is inscribed "Prittlewell (near Priory) app 1895". This is Victoria Avenue, Prittlewell, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, England, then known as North Street, by the entrance to what is now Priory Park, where the road crosses Prittle Brook, at the end of the nineteenth century.
