London, UK. 9th November 2017. Police exclusion cordon at Free Trade Wharf flats next to the Thames Tideway supersewer construction site in King Edward Memorial Park on the River Thames. A construction incident occurred where a jacked up barge partially collapsed and became submerged last night, 8th November 2017, which resulted in emergency services working through the night to stabilise it.
