This event was organised by the Great Western Society at Didcot to bring together the only three steam locomotives carrying the same British Rail blue livery during the preservation era. It was held on 5th April (2014) to commemorate the designers Charles Collett (loco 6023 King Edward II on the left) and Nigel Gresley (loco 60007 Sir Nigel Gresley), who both died on that date in 1952 and 1941 respectively. The third locomotive not shown here is the newly built Class A1 Pacific No 60163 Tornado.
