River Tyne, South Shields, UK, 10th August 2017. Wind turbine foundations being towed past The Groyne, South Shields on their way to the Beatrice offshore wind farm in the Moray Firth. Due to their height National Grid had to raise the height of power cables across the River Tyne despite the pylons being two of the highest in Britain, surpassed only by sets spanning the River Thames near London and the River Severn in Bristol.
