Tulle, France, August 26th 2012: Tulle (Central France) is the capital of the department of Corrèze, in Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. Third largest town in the former region of Limousin, after Limoges and Brive-la-Gaillarde, Tulle is also the city where François Hollande became president of French Republic on May 6th 2012. A few monthes later, the photographer who was working not far from the small city decided to spend a few hours to document the place. During two hours, he registers a short testimony, showing what the city looks like on a summer sunday.
