Queenborough is celebrating the 650th anniversary of becoming a borough and the special status bestowed upon the town by Edward III, with a special programme of events this bank holiday weekend. A model of a medieval ship crafted by Lee Rough from flotsam and gypsum found on Queenborough's shore on display in the Queenborough Guildhall.
