Today, Alamy has launched a Spanish language version of its customer website with additional language sites for Italian, French and Portuguese-speaking countries scheduled to launch at a later date.
Oxford, UK - October 9th 2017: Alamy has launched the first of its four new international websites today, in response to growing customer demand in key European countries and an increasing amount of global content from its worldwide contributor base.
The new sites are streamlined to deliver a quick and simple e-commerce experience. Image captions have been translated to allow customers to easily search in the local language. These sites will be supported by language speakers in our Customer Relations team.
James Hall, International Lead, commented on the launch: “We are delighted to be launching our Spanish website, the first of four new language sites that will come on stream in the coming weeks. This is the just the beginning of our programme to make Alamy's unique image collection and industry-leading customer service available to millions of new customers”.
