Near the curved end of the house was a small rectangle of stoneswhich was probably accidental. Before discussing the probable position of the outer door in House P wemay pass on to the other house, House 6*, which belongs to the Third Period.Owing to its position on the east side of the mound it has suffered more thanthe other ; it has a very similar plan, but is on a smaller scale, and there isalso a slight difference in the method of cons
