Inmetliods and in-struments he keepsabreast of thetimes, and hisideas and man-ner of theirdistinctly modern. Ray Lewis, proprietor of Hillside,is well known to the people of NewLondon, having conducted the milkbusiness here for over twenty years.He is a native of Rockville, R. I. In1897 he purchased Hillside, wherehe erected a handsome dwelling houseand modern barns. He was a select-man of the Town of Waterford from1897 to 1898, and is a member ofPequot Lodge, No. 85, I. O.
