XV. Provided always, and it is hereby furthered Enacted by theAuthority aforesaid, That if any Master or Mistress of any Sla-e orSlaves, be inclined to nave his, her, or their Slave or Slaves,tried by a j iry of twelve Men, it shall be granted; such Master orMistress paying the Charge of the same, not exceeding Nine Shillingsto the Jury; and in such
