July 19, 1960 - Shrewsbury, Shropshire, U.K. - A car abandoned in the flood waters of the overflowing River Severn, near Poolquay and Shrewsbury on December, 1960. Shrewsbury, Shropshire was one of the worst hit places in the floods, which spread across vast areas of the countryside of England.
