Madrid, Spain - The former governor of California and Austrian-born actor Arnold Schwarzenegger visits the complex of Valley of the Fallen, built by the dictator Francisco Franco. The actor wandered for over an hour in the basilica esplanade located on the outskirts of Madrid where Franco is buried beside the founder of the Falange, José Antonio Primo de Rivera, and more than 38,000 victims of the Civil War and was "pleasantly surprised by the grandeur of the monument."
