Kirsten Hackman, a volunteer with the Covid 19 Bereaved Families for Justice, has lost a loved one due to COVID, takes part in the re-painting and maintenance of the COVID wall. 29th March 2022 marks the one year anniversary of the first heart being drawn on the Covid 19 National Memorial Wall. On the day, the Covid 19 Bereaved Families for Justice will be holding a dedicated event. Every Friday afternoon, the group sends its volunteers to repaint the wall, as many hearts were not painted with proper wall paint and have been washed off by the rain water as a result.
