Kalna City, West Bengal, India. The Laljiu Temple, a 25 pinnacled temple, was built in an enclosed compound in 1739 by Raja Kirtichand Rai and the deity of temple is Radha and Krishna. It is built of bricks, and the walls covered with terracotta figures. The peculiar feature of this temple is the 25 peaks on the roof, for this reason these type of temples are known as are known as Panchabinsati-Ratna Mandir.A Charchala (four sloped roof) styled Naatmandap in restauration is standing on several pillars in its front. It has a triple entrance porch named Jagamohan with a chala roof.
