Johannesburg, South Africa, Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2018. A woman cleans in an alleyway as the annual "City Of Gold" Urban Art Festival kicked off its graffiti street tour in Johannesburg today. Labelled vandalism by some, the festival highlights the positive aspects of this art form and seeks to increase the appreciation for it among the general public. These mural projects often enhance and activate sites in the Johannesburg inner-city area that are either forgotten or feared by the city's inhabitants, organizers said.
