Miyakoshi Shiyakusho Maehiroba Bicycle Parking. Kyoto city city hall square underground bicycle parking lot. In December 2015 two Giken Eco Cycle units were installed on the premises of City Hall for local commuters and shoppers as a part of City Hall renovations. Each unit can contain 204 bicycles. Current parking fee is 150 Yen/day, a little over $1.25 / Eur 1.10. The ECO Cycles were constructed within a minimum working space to avoid disturbing the busy city hall square which hosts frequent public events. The ECO Cycle entrance booths were designed to be in tune with the historical Kyoto City Hall building.
