Now back from the Aircraft Restoration Company where she underwent sheet metal repairs to the airframe skin and bomb bay doors. The fire walls to 1, 2, 3, engines have been replaced no 4 engine firewall was replaced after her 2015 engine fire and was not touched urging this current round of repairs In October 2015 it was revealed that the aircraft should be capable of flying through to 2065, by which time she will be 120 years old having been built at Vickers Armstrong's aircraft factory at Broughton in 1945 destined to become part of the British Tiger Force to be deployed to the Far East, she went into storage and then was used on photo reconnaissance in Africa by 82 squadron before going on to take part in trials with Flight Refuelling and later laminar flow wing trials before undergoing restoration with 44 squadron at RAF Waddington and then becoming part of the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight in 1973. Her first public post restoration appearance was at this years RNAS Yeovilton Air Day accompanied by one of the Battle of Britain Memorial Flights Supermarine Spitfire PR XIX.
