Feb. 29, 2012 - SMALLEST TOWN HALL OF THE WORLD IS IN BERLIN It is probably the smallest town hall of the world, this building at the Island of Reiswerder in West-Berlin (our picture). The small town hall actually was built on another island, but as the island had to be evacuated in war, the Nature-lovers simply took their building with them to the neighboring island of Reiswerder.
