Police used a JCB with a cherry-picker to remove activists from a wooden tower which had been placed in the middle of a road.

Siemens has recently come under fire for its partnership with the Adani Carmichael coal mine project in Australia. While some 61 firms have rejected working with Adani, Siemens has continued work to build the mine's rail switching systems, but has said it will make a final decision 'within days''. Critics point to the raging wildfires and now the building of a coal mine as a policy failure for reduction of gre
