Ten Degrees, 101 George Street and College Road (under construction), both modular buildings each consisting of two adjoined towers. For comparison, the Nestle building is left of frame and the NLA Tower right of frame. The NLA Tower AKA No. 1 Croydon was the tallest building in Croydon for 38 years.
