A Chinese man was known to every one in his village because he has a big head and an alien-like deformed face. Xia Yuanhai, 53, lives in Laotu village in southwestern Chinese municipality of Chongqing. His apperance was normal when he was a teenager. But later hyperplasia was growing on his face and head, according to his 66-year-old brother Xia Yuanchang. As the growth of hyperplasia was very slow and his family was poor, Xia Yuanhai did not get enough attention from his parents and did not receive medical treatment. Many years later, the hyperplasia deformed Xia's face, crushing his teeth and nearly disabling his hearing. Now his brother hoped that some one can fund plastic surgeries to help his younger brother to get back his normal face.
