Do you have a proven track record of creating great, robust custom applications and integrating Salesforce for customer facing ecommerce websites? Can you demonstrate that you have successfully provided technical expertise on customisation, development, enhancement and support for Salesforce.com CRM Applications within the last 3 years?   • Proactively interact with stakeholders to gather the requirements for Salesforce developments, able to create a roadmap for the work
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, you’ll be passionate about identifying business requirements and supporting the Customer Service and Sales teams (our end-users of the tool)
  • Responsible for successfully creating custom applications using Force.com and integrating Salesforce.com with other systems
  • Be able to build customised and creative solutions that support business requirements, developing in Apex and AJAX
  • You’ll be responsible for implementing and maintaining Salesforce packages and customisations including custom fields and objects, layouts, workflows, process builder, and validation rules etc.
  • Be an expert in the usage of Force.com API and related tools that extend the Salesforce products
  • Be able to implement the Lightning app builder, Lightning Component Framework, APEX Classes, APEX Triggers, Force.com IDE
  • Ensure we’re up to date with latest releases and fixes

We're looking for someone with:

  • A proven track record of working in a Salesforce Development role, with at least 5+ Years’ experience
  • Advanced skills in providing customisation, development, enhancement and support for Salesforce CRM Applications
  • Experience with Apex Classes, Test Classes, Lightning pages (Pages, Component & Controllers), Triggers, Custom Objects, web services, Validation Rules, Workflows, Dashboards, Reports, Sandbox development and Testing
  • Significant experience of Salesforce Admin tasks
  • The ability to work flexibly and at pace and adapt to change in an agile environment
  • The ability to rise to the challenge when working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - presentation and interpersonal skills
  • A relentless learner who is continually striving for better
  • The ability to learn new products and implement to meet customer requirements being detail-oriented
  • Organisation skills with the ability to work on multiple projects and/or tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in developing and administrating, integration projects on Salesforce platform

It'd be great, but not essential if you have:

  • Salesforce.com certifications like Certified Platform Developer, Certified Platform App Builder etc.
