Location Brooklyn Office, New York, with option to work from home for part of the working week
Hours Full time, working 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Package $39 - $49,000, dependent on experience, plus bonus and great benefits

Here’s some more detail about this exciting opportunity!

  • You’ll be supporting the sales team by setting up customer accounts
  • Completing relevant paperwork to enhance the customer experience
  • Drafting quotes and proposals
  • You’ll be the Salesforce Administrator for the US Office, continually suggesting improvements to streamline processes
  • You’ll be successfully managing contract tracking
  • Assisting in resolving credit control and billing queries
  • Providing support to the HR and Administration teams as required

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience of working in a sales or customer service team as an administrator
  • Displays confidence when working with customers and demonstrates a customer first approach
  • Has a strive for better mindset and continually looks for new ways of working to improve processes and to enhance the customer experience
  • Is able to work flexibly and at pace, with the ability to adapt to change in an agile environment
  • Has a high level of attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Is highly organized, able to work on own initiative and as part of a wider global team
  • Makes good judgements and decisions
  • Demonstrates an ability to work effectively with data
  • Is familiar working with customer relationship management tools (CRM)
  • SalesForce experience would be highly desirable
