Credit Controller

Job Title Credit Controller
Location Alamy HQ, Milton Park, Oxfordshire
Type of Contract Temporary to 20th December 2019
Hours 25 per week, Monday – Friday, working 5 hour shifts each day between the hours of 12pm -5pm
Package £12.50 per hour

Here’s some more detail about this exciting opportunity!

  • You’ll be working primarily on our US accounts, chasing payments in line with our process
  • Be motivated to investigate problematic accounts, ensuring a successful resolution
  • Be intuitive and know when to escalate an issue to the Credit Manager
  • Produce and send the debt processing letters
  • Be able to update internal contact tools with relevant credit control information

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Confidence when dealing with external customers
  • A proven ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Self-motivation and focused, you’ll need to be organised and able to meet deadlines
  • Good attention to detail and loves the challenge of solving problems
  • A focus on improvement with the desire to continually strive for better
  • Ability to adapt to change, our business is fast paced and agile
  • A good knowledge of MS Office – we’ll train you on our internal systems, so don’t worry about them!
  • Previous experience working in a credit control role would be an advantage
