Officials of the City Government confirmed that, again, they will divide the Plaza Congreso into two separate columns with a protection fence. This will prevent both sides from crossing and generating incidents..As of 9.30, the senators will begin the debate..Regarding the details of the debate, the parliamentary sources indicated that the senators will have a maximum period of 15 minutes to speak. Once finished the speech of them, it will arrive at the moment of closing of the blocks that will be of a maximum of 30 minutes for each one.
