Over the years we’ve had some very funny and some very strange requests from people who aren’t entirely sure what we sell. People see an image of something and think they are getting the actual product, not a photo of it. Needless to say they are often very disappointed (and confused), when their order doesn’t arrive.
Over the past 12 months we have had some more non-image requests to keep our customer service team entertained. Here are just a few of our favourites…

Other common requests include plants and flowers, fancy dress items and books.
