Belfast, Northern Ireland. 28/05/2018 - A woman holds a placard with the message "DUP [Democratic Unionist Party]. Embarrassing NI [Northern Ireland] sine 1971". Around 500 people gather at Belfast City Hall to call for the decriminalisation of abortion in Northern Ireland. It comes the day after a referendum held in the Republic of Ireland returned a substantial "Yes" to removing the 8th amendment to the constitution, which gives equal right of life to both the mother and baby, effectively banning abortion in all circumstances.
