Relief lintel in the shape of a square beam made of poros stone. Possibly it formed the lintel of the central entrance of a Temple A at Prinias. Two statues of a female figure sit opposite on the upper surface bearing 'polos', a tall sacerdotal head cover, with incised decorative motifs and epiblema, a kind of cape over the shoulders. Two standing female figures are rapresented in the relief on the lower surface of the lintel, while the sides are decorated with panthers and deers. Prinias (possibly ancient Rizeina), Archaic period, 7th cent. BC Archaeological Museum of Heraklion - Crete, Greec
