Apr. 16, 2012 - Two ''Rolling Stones'' on drug charges : Mick Jagger and Keith Richard, of the Rolling Stones pop group, appeared before chichester magistrates on offences under the Dangerous Drugs Act 1965, yesterday. Accused with them was Robert Hugh Fraser, 29, an art gallery director, of Mount-Street, my fair. All pleaded not guilty and elected to be tried at the West Sussex Quarter Sessions, and were allowed bail of £100.
