American author, Ernest HemingwayÕs corner bedroom with open window at his home, Finca La Vigia, in San Francisco de Paula, southeast of Havana city centre in Cuba. The house, given to the nation by Mary Hemingway, is a museum where everything is left as it was when the author left the island for good in 1960. Hemingway wrote two of his most celebrated novels: ÔFor Whom the Bell TollsÕ and ÔThe Old Man and the SeaÕ. ÔA Movable FeastÕ was written there as well.
