A group of pro-trans rights advocates are peacefully protesting outside the Oxford Union in objection to the invitation of former University of Sussex professor Kathleen Stock as a speaker. In 2021, Stock left her job at the University of Sussex after protests against her from students after the publication of her book Material Girls, which argues that transgender people cannot expect all the rights afforded by biological sex. Oxford Union, St Michael's Street, Oxford, UK. 30 May 2023
