16 August 2018, Germany, Binz: Ulrich Busch, son of the worker-singer Ernst Busch, stands in front of Block 2 of the listed former KdF complex Prora. In 2006 Ulrich Busch bought two blocks of the former KdF NS property from the federal government for 455,000 Euros. Ulrich Busch was able to obtain building rights for both blocks with holiday and condominium apartments as well as hotel apartments from the municipality of Binz.
