About the job

This role is all about supporting the IT project portfolio. This includes: tracking the status of projects, deliverables and milestones; supporting the adoption of the project lifecycle and deliverables, ensuring project plans and project documentation are complete and up-to-date and conducting project reviews. The job also includes acting as the source of documentation, guidance, tools and metrics on the practice of project management and execution.

Our development team works in a project-based agile environment with Microsoft Team Foundation Server Framework. They work on all components of Alamy’s web site and back office systems (including CRM and finance).

We're looking for someone who:

  • Bachelors/master’s degree with a good academic track record
  • Proven PMO/Project admin/coordinator experience and knowledge of project management with 1 year of experience in similar PMO roles within a project based IT environment
  • A PMP or PRINCE2 certification would be an added advantage
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project planning software
  • Exceptionally organized and a self-starter who can work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills
