Part time billing administrator

Areas of responsibility
- You will be solely responsible for managing incoming billing mail, sorting, logging and re-directing it internally.
- Once a week you will prepare billing parcels to be sent by courier to our Indian office.
- You will be required to trouble shoot any billing related problems that may arise in this area, including managing missing or delayed parcels.
Essential
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good self management skills; must be highly organised and able to work on own initiative, prioritise workload, and meet company deadlines.
- Good problem solving skills along with attention to detail.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
