The zone applies to all vehicles commercial or private use Cars motorbikes and vans under 1205 tonnes unladen weight are included in the Low emission zone On main roads the scheme is enforced by cameras When a vehicle does not comply with the emission Euro standard for particular matter or is exempt there is a charge of £200 a day Large vans horseboxes and minibuses are charged £100 a day |
