| Description |
The Cinco de Mayo Fiesta in the District del Sol area on the West Side just across the Mississippi River from downtown St Paul. Featuring entertainment stages, parade, Lowrider Car Show, authentic Mexican food with over 100,000 in attendance at the largest Hispanic/Latino event in Minnesota. Black V placed on subjects cheeks by St Paul Winter Carnival Vulcans and krewe, god of fire. Each year they send King Boreas, king of the winds and his guard back to Mt Olympus ending his reign over his earthly winter playground. |
