In the Heart of the Beast May Day Festival and Parade. Starting with a current political theme a grand procession of floats and puppets march joyfully down the streets of Minneapolis towards Powderhorn Park to kick-off the MayDay Ceremony to honor the return of spring culminating in the Tree of Life Ceremony where a Flotilla of boats paddles the Sun across the lake to where the Tree of Life sleeps, waiting to be reawakened. |
