Accessing high resolution images

We understand there are occasions when your client needs a high resolution image before they can confirm usage. For this reason Alamy allows you to download these files before reporting a sale. This section explains the simple steps you need to follow.

1. Log in to Alamy
   Log in to the website for your territory using your email and password.
   
   
2. Add the image you need to your shopping cart.
   Find images on Alamy and click the "Add to cart" icon .
   
   
3. Agree to the notice for Easy Download
   Go to your shopping cart, agree to the notice for Easy Download customers and click Easy download. There is no need to enter the license details.
   
   
   
   
4. Review restrictions - if required
   If one or more of the images have restrictions, you will be asked to review them on the next screen and confirm that your intended use does not conflict with the restrictions by clicking Continue.
   
   
   
   
5. Provide usage details
   On the next screen, enter the details about how the images will be used and click Complete easy download. There are three mandatory fields (marked with a red asterisk *) to help you track which images you have downloaded from Alamy.
   
   A purchase order or reference number.
   The forecast completion date is the date after which you expect to know how and if the image has been used.
   The customer name (company name of the client if for advertising purposes, or title of the publication if for editorial purposes).
   Your comments are for any other notes you would like to add.
   
   
   
   
6. Download the images
   To download each image, simply click on the file size you require underneath the image. You can return to this page at any stage by visiting 'My Alamy' - always displayed on the top right of any web page.
