1. My client has found an Alamy image which is not available on my country URL?
   Not all photographers and agencies make their images available for our distribution scheme. They may already have an exclusive distributor in that region or they simply may not have considered using our distribution scheme. We will happily check with the contributor to see if it could be made available, please just write to distribution@alamy.com with the image reference number and, if a licensed image, the intended usage and license fee and we can contact the photographer for you. We cannot release the high resolution image to you unless we have received the contributor approval.
   
   
2. The available file size is not large enough?
   If the file is not large enough in some cases we may be able to interpolate the file for you. This has an additional cost of €50/US$50 per image. Please email distribution@alamy.com with the reference number and the file size you require so we can assess the possibilities of increasing the file. If you need us to source an original/re-scan please email all details of potential sale and license fee and we will contact the photographer. We can offer no guarantee that we will be able to provide a larger file.
   
   
3. I can't find the exact license usage on your calculator.
   Although we try and make our calculator as comprehensive as possible we cannot include all usages. We recommend you enter the usage closest to your needs. If you need further assistance or advice please contact distribution@alamy.com.
   
   
4. I need more information on the image than is provided in the caption.
   As we rely on our photographers to caption and keyword their images you may find that at times you require additional details. Please email distribution@alamy.com with the details that you need and we will contact the contributor on your behalf.
   
   
5. My client is interested in exclusivity
   As the majority of our contributors submit to us on a non-exclusive basis we need to clear rights before being able to offer exclusivity. If you have a rights clearance request please email distribution@alamy.com with the image ref number, intended usage, exclusivity required (e.g. country, industry) and also the license fee you will be quoting to your clients and we can contact the photographer accordingly to check availability.
