Alamy Live News
The world's largest stock photo site is now providing live news images directly to its clients.
Why use Alamy?
Alamy has thousands of photographers operating in almost every country in the world. We can reach areas no other agency can, and take images that nobody else can. These photographs can be delivered directly to your desk within minutes of them being taken.
How does it work?
You can download live news images from the Alamy news feed, the home for all the live news, sport and entertainment images which Alamy contributors have taken in the last 48 hours. Alamy can also send a carefully edited selection of these images via FTP. You only pay for the images you use.
As well as our live news, you can also buy editorial stock through our main search page www.alamy.com.
What kind of images will I receive?
We have a dedicated news team responsible for selecting the very best images to send to you, covering regional and global news stories, major sporting occasions and celebrity events. We operate with the highest editorial standards. Tell us what kind of images you want and we will tailor our service to your needs.
How do you sign up?
If you do not already have an account with Alamy, you will need to register with us. Registration is very quick and once you have an account with us we can provide you with access to the news feed and all our editorial and creative stock images.
Customers can buy live news images now from our news feed here. Check with the Alamy Sales Team (sales@alamy.com) to confirm whether or not the news feed is part of your deal. Editorial stock, creative stock and archive imagery can all be bought from www.alamy.com. You can purchase via credit card, or credit account. If you think your company may already have a credit account, contact our customer service team to connect it to your log-in.
