Submission checklist
This checklist will help you prepare your images according to our submission guidelines.
- Edit your collection of images:
- No glamour.
- No trademarks or logos¹, if you want to sell Royalty free.
- No series of 5 or more similar images.
- Check images for quality:
- Correctly orientated and aligned.
- Spotless images.
- Free of film rebate or borders.
- Not sharpened.
- Please check that your images meet our technical criteria and are:
- RGB not CMYK images.
- High-quality JPEG files (level 10 or above in Photoshop).
- Bit depth of 8 bits/channel.
- Minimum uncompressed file size of 48MB.
- Maximum compressed file size of 25MB.
- Alpha-numeric file names ending in ‘.jpg’.
- If you are sending your submission on CD/DVD:
- Media labeled with your name and email address.
- Package labeled as “of no commercial value”.
¹ Do not submit images images that solely feature a logo or trademark as this is a copyright or trademark infringement.
