Happy New Year to you all. There are lots of exciting things on the horizon, especially on the Content side of things, one of which is stock video footage.

Now, due to the complex nature of producing high quality footage we are understandably being quite selective on who we can work with initially. We particularly don't want photographers who are just messing around (EDIT - by this we mean, 'experimenting') with the "video" mode on their DSLR for example...

We have already been out speaking to lots of specialists and are excited about the potential content we will have available by the time we launch later in the year.

Initially at least, we are not looking to have an "open" submission process like we do with stills, but we are looking for future potential suppliers now who would be interested in placing stock video with us.

If you're a video expert, already producing and selling broadcast quality footage, know your h.264's from your HDV's and your .mov's from your .mp4's then please drop me an email as I'd love to hear from you.
