Longer QC times over the festive period

© marc ArundaleOver the Christmas period the Alamy offices will be closed on the following dates, 25th - 28th December 2010 and 1st - 4th January 2011.

During this period, Quality Control (QC) times will take longer than usual, some submissions may take up to 14 days to go through QC. Turnaround times will be back to normal by the 7th of January 2011.

Member Services (MS) support will also be affected on December 31st when we will not be able to respond to any telephone enquiries.

Email support will be available during these dates but response times may be longer than usual due to reduced cover.

We apologise for any delays experienced during this period.

From all the Content team here at Alamy, we would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
