We've discovered that our spam/junk mail filter for the Member Services inbox has recently been a little over zealous and has been blocking a small percentage of genuine emails.
This means that some of you may have thought we were ignoring you. We apologise about this and any confusion it may have caused. We always answer emails and during office hours the MS team response time is usually well within the hour.
Each time we receive an email to the MS inbox, an auto email is sent out back to you to confirm we have it. If you do not get the auto reply, we have not received your mail.
This issue should now be resolved.
